This spray is a game changer for relaxation and soothing sore muscles and joints. It is a critical mineral we need to function our entire body, especially since the majority of people are actually deficient in Magnesium.

How to use:
Do not use on the face and avoid eye contact. This is not for ingesting, for external use only.
Adults - Use anywhere from 5-20 (start slow and gradually increase number of sprays) sprays per day. If you don’t use Magnesium, you may be deficient and a tingling sensation can occur, start with one spray to the area in need or on the bottoms of your feet. Applying to the bottoms of the feet will help promote relaxation. Or applying to a sore joint will help to soothe and loosen the muscles and joints.
Apply one to two sprays where needed and lightly rub it in. It may still feel a bit greasy or moist on the skin. This is generally fully absorbed without a residue within a few minutes.
Magnesium is a crucial mineral for your body to function. 90% of the population is deficient in Magnesium. Adding this to your daily routine will improve so many areas of your life; helping anxiety, depression, energy and sleep.
Expect a tingling sensation when you first start to use magnesium oil. If this is your first time using magnesium oil, apply it to a small test patch first, to gauge the intensity of the tingling.
Many people say that the tingling will decrease over time, as your body becomes less deficient in the nutrient. This was definitely true, although it still feels slightly unpleasant for a few minutes after application. But the health benefits are totally worth it!
Although it varies from person-to-person, there are general areas that are less sensitive to the magnesium oil and make better application sites. In my experience, areas with more adipose tissue (a.k.a. the plump areas) are less sensitive. Try the thighs, hips, and belly. Shins and forearms also work well for me. Try to avoid the creases of the elbows, behind the knees, and the neck if you are experiencing tingling. These areas are usually more sensitive.
Do NOT apply magnesium oil to your legs after shaving them – ouchie! We recommend waiting at least 12 hours before applying to shaved legs. If you experience no tingling when applying magnesium oil, you may be able to tolerate post-shave application.
Using Magnesium Oil after exfoliating with the Shower Scrub can cause some discomfort, apply cautiously.
You may notice a slight white film or powder on your skin after the magnesium oil dries. You can wipe or rinse this off, or briskly rub your skin and it will disappear.
Wait at least 30 minutes before showering or bathing after applying magnesium oil, to ensure that the magnesium has absorbed into the skin and will not be rinsed off
In Store Exchanges or Refunds
We accept returns/refunds (or exchange) in the manner it was paid within 7 days with receipts and original packaging. After 7 days and within 14 days of original purchase we will issue an exchange or store credit. Item(s) must be unused, returned with the original packaging intact, with original tags attached and is subject to the approval of our staff.
We cannot accept returns without receipt/gift receipt.

Online Exchanges or Refunds
Online purchases can be sent back to us for a refund/exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, Item(s) must be unused, returned with the original packaging intact, with original tags attached and is subject to the approval of our staff.
Sale items, jewellery, cosmetics, hair accessories and shipping/delivery fees are final sale and non-refundable. Customers are responsible for returning the item(s) at their own expense.
Underwear and bathing suits are final sale.

Gift Exchanges
As returns can only be refunded in the manner it was paid we only accept exchange/store credit for all returns of gifted items. Christmas Holiday Gift Exchanges
CHRISTMAS GIFTS: Our Holiday return policy starts on Dec. 1st. Gifts can be exchanged/store credit, up until Jan 8th, No returns. You Must have receipt/gift receipt, Item(s) must be unused, unwashed, unworn, returned with the original packaging intact, with original tags attached and is subject to the approval of our staff.
Holiday themed merchandise becomes final sale prior to the holiday (please see our Seasonal Holiday Items Return Policy below), so if a Christmas themed item is given as a gift, it will be final sale and cannot be returned/exchanged after Christmas.
No exchanges will be accepted after Jan. 8th NO EXCEPTIONS.
GIFT RECEIPT: Only exchange, no refunds. If you need a refund, our standard 7 day return policy applies and will be refunded to the purchaser only (excluding holiday themed items)

Seasonal Holiday Items Return Policy
All holiday themed merchandise becomes final sale 10 days prior to the holiday, regardless of when it was purchased. For Christmas themed items the cut off date is Dec. 20th.
The holiday return policy supersedes all other return policies, as such, a themed item may become final sale whether your receipt has been stamped final sale or not, and may shorten or null the regular return policy.

We will be respecting the same shipping schedule and do our best to get your order to you in a timely manner.
- We currently only ship to Canada and the US, unfortunately we do not ship internationally at the moment
- All orders are shipped via Canada Post.
- Orders placed after 4PM PST Monday-Thursday will be sent out within 2 business days. Orders placed on Friday after 4PM PST will be shipped within the following 2 business days as we do not process orders during the weekend and holidays.
- In store pick up can be arranged any day during business hours.
- All orders are subject to change based on availability. Our inventory is updated automatically. You will be notified within 48 hours if the item you ordered is no longer available.
- Shipping cost will be calculated at check out.
- Local orders may be picked up in-store. Simply select the “Pickup” option during checkout.
- We will put your order on hold in store for 7 days while awaiting pick up. If you have not contacted us for an extension before the 7 days are up, the item will be restocked and a store credit will be applied to your customers account.
- To our American friends, you may need to pay import duties/tax on some items (as leveraged by the US Federal Government). These fees are not included in the amount paid at check out.
