holi (locks) is an overnight topical treatment that strengthens and smooths strands while diminishing shedding and stimulating healthy hair growth. The results are longer, denser, and healthier hair.

Deliver your mane to its fullest potential. holi (locks) is a hair treatment oil formulated to help stop hair fallout and encourage new and healthy growth. It contains science-backed active ingredients like Redensyl™ to reduce shedding and breakage; Follicusan™, a milk-based bioactive, to strengthen the hair; and Beracare ARS Hair Serum™ to promote a healthy, hydrated scalp. A blend of natural oils and extracts works synergistically to minimize scalp irritation, inflammation, and dandruff while promoting shine, moisture, and softness. 

  • Redensyl™ also known as the “human hair galvanizer,” helps grow thicker, fuller, and stronger hair while reducing shedding and breakage.
  • Follicusan™ is a milk-based bioactive that contains active signaling molecules, which help stimulate dermal papilla cells on the scalp, supporting stronger-feeling hair.
  • Beracare ARS Hair Serum™ is a natural complex that helps promote hair follicle revitalization and scalp hydration. It consists of Passiflora edulis seed, Oryza sativa rice bran, and Euterpe oleracea fruit oil, which work together to create a high shine, glossy finish for all hair types. 
  • Promotes natural growth and reduces shedding with peppermint and helichrysum, while horsetail promotes structural integrity in hair strands.
  • Conditions dry, brittle hair with omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acid-rich pumpkin seed, strengthening amla, and shine-inducing bhringraj
  • Supports the hair growth cycle with polyphenols derived from EGCG Green Tea.
  • Helps smooth cuticles and fights frizz with Passiflora edulis seed, a natural alternative to harsh silicones, and linoleic acid- and vitamin E-rich Kalahari.
  • Reduces the appearance of split ends and chemical-, sun-, environmental-, or heat-damage with pumpkin seed, jojoba, and ethyl panthenol (provitamin B5).
  • Minimizes scalp irritation and inflammation and reduces dandruff with peppermint, helichrysum, and jojoba.
  • Provides antioxidant protection with vitamin A- and C-rich Hibiscus rosa-sinensis plant and vitamin C-rich amlai.

Recommended Use: Use 1-2 dropperfuls for whole-head application. Coat your scalp, mids, and ends with holi (locks). Next, gently massage your scalp in circular motions for 15 minutes. Allow to rest for at least 30 minutes—for intense results, leave it in your hair overnight or for 8-12 hours. Wash and condition after use. Apply up to 4 times weekly.

We accept returns/refunds (or exchange) in the manner it was paid within 7 days with receipts and original packaging. After 7 days and within 14 days of original purchase we will issue an exchange or store credit. Item(s) must be unused, returned with the original packaging intact, with original tags attached and is subject to the approval of our staff.

We cannot accept returns without receipt/gift receipt.

Online Exchanges or Refunds

Online purchases can be sent back to us for a refund/exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, Item(s) must be unused, returned with the original packaging intact, with original tags attached and is subject to the approval of our staff.

Gift Exchanges

Christmas Holiday Gift Exchanges

CHRISTMAS GIFTS: Our Holiday return policy starts on Dec. 1st. Gifts can be exchanged/store credit, up until Jan 8th, No returns. You Must have receipt/gift receipt,  Item(s) must be unused, unwashed, unworn, returned with the original packaging intact, with original tags attached and is subject to the approval of our staff.

Holiday themed merchandise becomes final sale prior to the holiday (please see our Seasonal Holiday Items Return Policy below), so if a Christmas themed item is given as a gift, it will be final sale and cannot be returned/exchanged after Christmas.

No exchanges will be accepted after Jan. 8th NO EXCEPTIONS.

GIFT RECEIPT: Only exchange, no refunds. If you need a refund, our standard 7 day return policy applies and will be refunded to the purchaser only (excluding holiday themed items)

Seasonal Holiday Items Return Policy

All holiday themed merchandise becomes final sale 10 days prior to the holiday, regardless of when it was purchased. For Christmas themed items the cut off date is Dec. 20th.
The holiday return policy supersedes all other return policies, as such, a themed item may become final sale whether your receipt has been stamped final sale or not, and may shorten or null the regular return policy.

Please note, there may be some delay in receiving your order once it has left our store, which is out of our control.
We will be respecting the same shipping schedule and do our best to get your order to you in a timely manner.
  • We currently only ship to Canada and the US, unfortunately we do not ship internationally at the moment
  • All orders are shipped via Canada Post.
  • Orders placed after 4PM PST Monday-Thursday will be sent out within 2 business days. Orders placed on Friday after 4PM PST will be shipped within the following 2 business days as we do not process orders during the weekend and holidays.
  • In store pick up can be arranged any day during business hours.
  • All orders are subject to change based on availability. Our inventory is updated automatically. You will be notified within 48 hours if the item you ordered is no longer available.
  • Shipping cost will be calculated at check out.
  • Local orders may be picked up in-store. Simply select the “Pickup” option during checkout.
  • We will put your order on hold in store for 7 days while awaiting pick up. If you have not contacted us for an extension before the 7 days are up, the item will be restocked and a store credit will be applied to your customers account.
  • To our American friends, you may need to pay import duties/tax on some items (as leveraged by the US Federal Government). These fees are not included in the amount paid at check out.
