La Belle Excuse is offering you a traditional balsamic vinegar imported from Italy. Our balsamic vinegar is produced in Modena using secular know-how that is rigorously adhered to. It is made from Lambrusco-Trebbiano must which is left to reduce in the open air, resulting in natural caramelization that lends the vinegar a rich black color.
- Perfectly aged with a full-bodied flavour.
- Essential for the vinaigrettes and combined with olive oil with your favorite bread. Ideal to deglaze vegetables, for pasta and sautés, meat marinades. Excellent as a reduction to flavour all grilled meats.
- Grape vinegar and grape must barrel-aged three years (6% acidity). Contains Sulphites. Gluten Free.
